Snap Jigging for Stripers in New Jersey

In this episode of B Stav Fishing, I head out into Atlantic County to search for Stripers in the tidal rivers. We are snap jigging zooms and other soft plastics. After a full day of rain yesterday, we were met with some very, very dirty water, but we managed to pull a few stripers over the gunnels.

  1. Great day. You are in my home waters there, but snap jigging for Stripers up in that river is still new to me. I'm gonna have to put in some time up there to learn it.

  2. Great to see ya back in action! Bob how many ounce jig heads are you using and how deep are you fishing? I know some guys use quarter ounce jig heads but every time I try I need at least 3/4 ounces to tap bottom. Thanks and here’s to a great 2024 season!!!
