I live in New Jersey off exIt four off the NJTP. The NJ State Police have been operating under the public radar for quite some time. In my township, the courts are filled with people of color given tickets traveled by people of color by the NJSP for some time. I alerted my local NAACP of this over 10 years ago and they addressed it with them. NJSP have ALWAYS been like this but they tend to not draw attention to themselves. SICKENING
