  1. I was in the middle of CT. We heard a loud bang and then our office floor and monitors were shaking for about 20 sec. We don't get quakes around here so it was very weird.

  2. I had experience on a very big earthquake before and it was 7 above magnitude on the rector scale and it wasn't fun at all. It happened around 3 or 4 in the morning and most people are still sleeping. Very scary.?

  3. Didn’t look like much of a ground shake to me, and I certainly didn’t see any expressions on the faces of the attendees at the UN. This must be more of the sensationalized news that I saw typical of today. If you don’t have any new stories by noon hour, make one up. Absolutely disgusting wasn’t even worthwhile watching.

  4. Didn't the dog in the dining table figure he might be in trouble for being on the table, and was being shaken for it? I couldn't believe what I felt, including the aftershocks. The only thing that it caused was a few figures get knocked down. This was after hearing a few people on YouTube mentioning they think the eclipse would cause earthquakes. I didn't put much into it before the quake, but interesting times we live in.

  5. The answer is SIMPLE, was caused by the government drilling of another underground tunnel. Where that tunnel may be going is anyone's guess?
    Just another theory is all……….Just a theory………It may happen again though when drilling resumes

  6. Haha that's a Cali dude right there- cool!! Line cleared out so now I'm next to order my coffee. It's just a little vibration. It is funny how they're trying to hype up the severity of this. OMG that's so bad! Lol look at the potted plant jiggling! We turned on a channel covering it and turned it off within two minutes. People apparently were scared enough to cancel their plans and stay home tonight. Good thing you don't live in California! Lol. The sheer energy that caused this much of the earth to rumble in such a widespread area is a little hard to conceive honestly…. but this was no where near a bad earthquake. Just some minor vibration. One woman being interviewed actually said to the camera she's lucky to be alive. Considering no injuries or deaths because it wasn't that serious…. that seemed a bit of an exaggeration. Any of the property damage they showed were structures that already looked like they weren't especially sound before this. Like the historic stone structure that is barely still standing…a few of the stone blocks came loose and fell into the road. Into the *road*! Oh my God!! ? It's really laughable. I think maybe there's just some boredom or there and need the excitement that we need to make this out to be a big catastrophic event when it really was nothing. Just funny.

  7. While I've never lived in earthquake country, for many years I lived in a house built on tall stilts. Every time the washing machine was unbalanced the whole house would shake like it was about to fall down the mountain slope. Fast forward to several years later and living in a house with a solid foundation over a thousand miles away. A 4.2 quake goes off in the night. I just thought it was a washing machine again! It wasn't for a couple days more that I found out otherwise. Until then I thought someone was rudely washing clothes in the middle of the night. ?

  8. Rom 3:23
    For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

    Rom 6:23
    For the wages of sin is death;

    Psalms 9:17
    The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.

    Acts 8:37
    And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

    Rom 10:9
    That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

    Corinthians 15:3-4
    For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

    Ephesians 2:8-9
    For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
