I was in rhode island trying out PSVR2, and immediately took the headset off because i felt it and saw stuff around the house shaking
I talked to people in Massachusetts that felt it too

The epicenter was more like 6.0……also the terrain is very complex and different on East Coast, quakes travel VERY far. This was not a weak "california" 4.8…..it was worse, it Was scary.
This kinda stuff is getting to close to home…this aint far from me…and just a few years back there was a tornado a a town over…keep this kinda stuff on the other side of the coutry please?
It's already hilarious to see Californians freaking out about a 6.0 earthquake, now it's even funnier to see New Yorkers freak out about a 4.8 ???

My mom works for a cleaning company called Maid Brigade in Manchester Connecticut. We felt it there yesterday. It was bizarre. I felt the shaking on my feet on the floor. But we are OK thankfully.

Like I can’t even with this…if people would just start taking climate change seriously, then this wouldn’t be happening!!
But thanks to all the MAGA people who refuse to do their part in preventing climate change, now we are going to be seeing even more earthquakes like this one. You think you’re scared now, but just wait until that earthquake causes your house to shake and cause pictures to fall off the wall. Then let’s see how you’re feeling.
The things we all need to be doing to stop climate change are like so simple:
1) stop eating any meat. If you really want protein, then maybe you can eat some crickets or other bugs. But just stop eating meat and become vegan instead.
You can also eat a high carb diet and choose plant based proteins instead, such as beans. I don’t care if you have a digestive sensitivity to beans or if you prefer not to follow a high carb diet; the health of the planet is more important than your health. Sorry.
2) stop traveling anywhere. Driving too far away from your home uses too much fuel.
Consider taking virtual trips instead, using maybe a VR headset.
Or you can take a trip vicariously through one of your favorite celebrities or politicians. Just look at and enjoy the pics and videos from their vacations, and pretend it’s you on that vacation instead. Our imaginations are really quite powerful.
3) vote for the correct politicians. If we all unite to support the current thing, then we can elect politicians who will be able to change the weather and stop climate change. I’m talking politicians like Bernie Sanders and AOC. These are people who know what must be done to legally force people to comply with New Orders for climate change control. They will help make sure we all have the correct behaviors and lifestyles to stop climate change.
Like this is so simple. It’s super gross how so many aren’t taking this climate change emergency seriously, and it even gives me the literal ick. But we can all change the weather if we just eat more bugs and stay inside our homes. So easy.

Mixed reactions… because it was a very short weak one but will definitely One reaction if it was a strong, longer one.
Just another reminder that we need to get right with the Creator by repentance. I’m in old bridge and I was in my finished basement at the time. The noise was crazy loud and the shaking was crazy.
I’ve been though small ones visiting California but it’s interesting to see one this big in jersey
I like in Tokyo and we have earthquake almost every month or more. Some times like twice a week. I have experiences 3.11 magnitude 9.1 at Miyagi prefecture which was insane.
We are all afraid of next huge shake in Tokyo which is expected to occure anytime soon.
This one was a warning 8/4 2024 will not.
