1. If you love your apartment why do you need to move? Especially to possibly another apartment in the same building. Saw your vid from 11 days ago touring NY with your mum and don’t see how you can move from a 2- bedroom to a 1- bedroom. You definitely need 2 bedrooms for your clothes, shoes , accessories etc. Don’t like the apartments with the brick. The living spaces are ok; it’s the closet space that worries me. My thought is stay where you are ?. But you will do what makes you happy ?. Looking forward to seeing what you choose.

   You can live in Jersey. Visit NY from time to time(air B&B) in the ideal apartment, and do content creation there when your there.

   or (option 2)

   Live in NY, and visit Jersey(air B&B) same thing in reverse. If you miss vibe of Jersey

   or do (air B&B) in NY for 1 year. Put things in storage to test the waters before completly deciding to move to city.

21. Some buildings in Manhattan a Brooklyn have some very huge apartment, just have to no where to look. Mostly the older building have the big apartment. Most of the new buildings have small apartment.
