34 pensamientos sobre “carácter o espacio para los niños en Nueva Jersey | Cazadores de casas | HGTV

  1. Don’t forget. The show wants the homebuyers to be as expressive and vocal about their opinions as possible. It makes for a more exciting show.

  2. I don’t know why people get upset when the home buyers are picky. We are talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars here. Homeowners have the right to get exactly what they want. In fact, it is the wise thing to do.

  3. I can't find the episode… Big House vs. Big wedding in New Jersey. The couple are engaged, their names, Karen and Alex. But this man should run for the hill's!! This woman is a spoiled brat!! He is a Financial Advisor and wants affordability, and money for the wedding of her dreams, but she's demanding both. How selfish. Poor guy.

  4. I totally get what she’s saying. The cozy feeling old fashion home with modern upgrades. I want a home with character. That’s a dream home!! I do not like new models they all look sterile.

  5. I liked the first house, but the second house is more standard,an spacious.? I nearly mean total major,so picking out what you like an what fits the family.super cool cool. Lataynaellicott.

  6. Its so nice to have a builder as a partner! I love how they turned it into a 4 bedroom. Good on her for being a single mom to 3 kids and still buying a home.

  7. I love the second house!! And I totally understand Desiree’s checklist. She thinks of everything ahead. I love her energy.

Edit: Finished the rest of the video and now I love the third house alsooo

  8. She's a freeloader. My husband wants me to be a stay at home mum, but I'm working from in marketing research and my kids are older

  9. She’s annoying – her voice makes you NOT want to keep watching . They both have NO idea what they are doing! BIG FAIL – CANCEL!!

  10. I had no idea that was her boyfriend until I read the comments. I was confused at first because I thought there was a host to this show, so figured it must be him, even though he was sitting there so casually. Later on, I saw him touch her back and I was again confused.

She wants historic charm, but without projects. ? She seems very demanding and not very nice. I saw absolutely zero warmth from her toward her boyfriend. Yikes!

All of that being said, that house is awesome and she got an incredible deal. If I were her, I would have had the floors refinished, the whole house painted, and little projects completed before even moving in. It's SO much easier to get things done with no one living there. The stuff that was done didn't really look like an improvement. Sorry.

  11. This woman seems incredibly immature. What grown woman doesn't understand how hard it is to move water lines to make a porch a kitchen and the cost associated with that. I think people watch all those HGTV flip/remodel shows and get completely unrealistic ideas about what's possible, what's 'simple' and what is and isn't a good idea.
