He is a Financial Advisor and wants affordability, and money for the wedding of her dreams, but she's demanding both. How selfish. Poor guy.

27. I had no idea that was her boyfriend until I read the comments. I was confused at first because I thought there was a host to this show, so figured it must be him, even though he was sitting there so casually. Later on, I saw him touch her back and I was again confused.

    She wants historic charm, but without projects. ? She seems very demanding and not very nice. I saw absolutely zero warmth from her toward her boyfriend. Yikes!

    All of that being said, that house is awesome and she got an incredible deal. If I were her, I would have had the floors refinished, the whole house painted, and little projects completed before even moving in. It's SO much easier to get things done with no one living there. The stuff that was done didn't really look like an improvement. Sorry.

28. This woman seems incredibly immature. What grown woman doesn't understand how hard it is to move water lines to make a porch a kitchen and the cost associated with that. I think people watch all those HGTV flip/remodel shows and get completely unrealistic ideas about what's possible, what's 'simple' and what is and isn't a good idea.
