  1. Police people seem independently operated and controlled by whims and opinions of themselves, supervisors, judges, townships, cities, counties, and states! (Police people are not educated lawyers, and many of them today are without high school diplomas!)…
The deputy/policeman jobs attract mentally abusive psychopaths, sociopaths, pedophiles/child molesters, and narcissists like drugs to an addict more than any legal profession on earth!
Bad police people must pay financial damage from their own pockets for unlawful acts against innocent taxpayers or the policing problem can only exacerbate greater hate and demise further dishonoring the (For Profit) profession of policing!
QUALIFIED IMMUNITY: "Must be ABOLISHED " …!!

  2. Police people seem to have lower-than-average intelligence!
If not for the expendable job, police people wouldn't have a job, period! (Think about that!)
What else could police people do for a job and to support themselves? (They extort taxpayers for a living and are more than willing to shoot, kill and destroy pets and people for a dishonorable paycheck!)
QUALIFIED IMMUNITY: "MUST be ABOLISHED" …..!

  3. Apparently The law was created to protect the criminals
    watch the body cam footage
There’s clearly too many red flags from this two suspects.
They did not comply to none of the first officers orders.
other states when someone gets pulled over and they start reaching inside their car they automatically get tased or shot

  4. The windows of the car fleeing were to Dark for that officer to see if a gun was pointing at him ! He acted on impulse and that's why he lost the case…Officers make more money then most people because they are responsible for their actions…Deadly force is a last option in a situation…it must be justified…

  5. sometimes its what you don't say that can get you in hot water ,crespo never mentioned gun pointed in his report, neither to dispatch or in the cop car

  6. Jeopardy of the aoj

    Triad ability opportunity Jeopardy Jeopardy
is the aggressor conducting themselves in
    such a way that a

    reasonable person would perceive they
intend to bring their ability and opportunity

to Bear against them in an unlawful attack

  7. IT AMAZES ME THAT EVERY POLICE THAT SHOT AND KILL SOMEONE IS ALWAYS JUSTIFIED. IF YOU GET KILLED FOR HAVING A GUN IN YOUR CAR THAN THAT WILL BE A LOT OF PEOPLE DEAD INCLUDING LEGAL GUN OWNERS, REMEMBER PHILANDO CASTILE…WHEN THE SHOE START HAPPENING TO SOME OF THESE PPL THAT UPHOLD THESE WRONGDOINGS FAMILY, THEN WE WILL SEE WHAT THEIR RESPONSE WILL BE. A PERSON FLEEING IS NOT A DEATH SENTENCE THE LAST TIME I CHECK, I DON'T CONDONE THAT EITHER BUT NOT DEATH SENTENCE.
I HAVE SEVERAL FAMILY MEMBERS IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AND I KNOW SOME OF WHAT THESE COPS GET AWAY WITH IS JUST WRONG.

  8. This is why I could never be on a jury. There is no way I could convict this guy. Even if he did not do his job perfectly. The driver of that car who had a criminal history. A criminal history means you cannot live with regular people in society, causing harm to other people. In other words, you are a living POS. I’m not saying somebody deserve to die but I’m saying this guy has a lengthy, criminal record and did not listen to commands, for all of those people out there siding with the criminal, I bet if he would have robbed, someone you loved, or when he was fleeing from the police, he ran into someone in your family, I bet you would be singing a different tune. At the end of the day a POS criminal is off the street. No one and I mean no one, can’t say what they would have done. If you put in that life in that situation. To send a police officer to prison in this type of situation is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t believe 12 jurors actually agreed. I wonder how many black jurors they got on that panel.

  9. He'll be acquitted on appeal. Every one of those jurors would've done the same thing if a gun was pointed at them too, had they been cops in that situation. Or they'd very likely be dead.

  10. He did exactly what he was supposed to do. He not only protected himself but his fellow officers. Both men were obviously a danger and needed to be stopped. This has nothing to do with race or any mental disabilities. If anyone else was put into that situation they would have done the exact same thing. All other police officers deemed his to be a threat as well .

  11. Thank God they found that dirty pig guilty. If they know what's good for him they will send him to protective custody in the federal prison. You will not survive one week in the New Jersey department of corrections. I hope he gets a warm welcome from his fellow inmates
