13. Once I walked into a coworker's office to discuss something. We had gone to college together, and were pretty good friends. Her hair looked really weird, so being the cutup I was, I said: "What the hell is up with your hair today?" I didn't know she was undergoing chemo for breast cancer. There wasn't a turtle shirt deep enough for me that day. Fortunately, after I apologized about five trillion times, she had a good laugh at my expense. She is awesome like that.
