  1. This will also discriminate against frail and elderly people who are those in need of a firearm. Most self defense situations follow the rule of 3. 3 shots or less at 3 yds or less in 3 seconds or less

  2. Look let me make this simple. The second Amendment clearly states your right to keep and bear arms, not to own only in your domicile. The Supreme Court has ruled on this, but yet the blue states continue to implement laws against this right, as well as infringing on the purchase of ammunition, while the Supreme Court stands by and shirks their Judicial responsibility to rule these laws unconstitutional.

  3. I have precisely ZERO sympathy for the People of NJ. They keep voting these anti-2A officials to office, decade after decade, and then they act all surprised that they actually enact the policies they ran on. ZERO SYMPATHY. You're getting the government you deserve, NJ.

If you don't like it, move to a State that doesn't use the Constitution as toilet paper, or maybe consider voting for some pro-2A politicians once in a while. I'm tired of hearing the whining from gun owners who live in NJ, MD, DC, IL, CA, etc. You people put these politicians in office. You are getting PRECISELY what you deserve…

  4. Breaking news, beep beep, Chicago breaks 2,000. So far in 2023 in the democrat run city of Chicago there have been 2,007 people shot with 382 dying of their wounds and not One politician or gun control group like everytown for dummies or moms demand dummies have said a peep. Not one word or offerings of any help. Tyrants. Spare us ur bs antigun groups and politicians.

  5. Today is August 20, 2023. So far in the month of August alone (20days) in Chicago, 195 people have been shot with 38 dying from their wounds. That’s in 30 days.

  6. But in the movies the hero can shoot down a plane that's moving at 160 miles an hour that's a thousand feet in the air with a 9mm hand gun you mean it can't be done well that's not right they lied to us (I'm suing the movie industry)?????? God bless america ?????? have a nice day ????

  7. Mark Smith, you are wrong in saying cops are civilians and wrong by definition. They take an oath, civilians do not. They are part of an organized gov entity whom civilians created out of the republic. Civilians are not. They are public servants, civilians are not. You are a smart man so the only thing I can see you doing here is an agenda to fit backing the blue. What you are really doing is backing a Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization, a deadly street gang. Hunter killers. Please, stop it.

  8. Sounds like a police qualification course….. not a self defense shooting course. Actually, in my 25 years as a LEO, I witnessed many cops that wouldn't be able to achieve a 80% score in a police qualification course.

  9. When obtaining my non-resident Nevada CCL in Clark County (6 years ago – now expired) we had to shoot each type of pistol or revolver (something like 20 rounds each), indoors at 7 yards with 70% accuracy besides taking a written test. You were only allowed to CC a handgun type you qualified on. It was printed on the back of the license. You also had to register the guns if you lived in Clark County or Henderson. I took the FBI qual test you described at Massad Ayoob's MAG40 and MAG80 self defense course (EXCELLENT BTW, but $1200 each for 5 days plus hotel, etc.). The FBI course of fire is timed, but at different distances from 3 yds to 25 yards with 5 shots at each distance, from a holstered gun. 100 points possible based on the hit area of the target. Had to score 90% (Mas is tough). Great training but not necessary for a right. Necessary to increase your chance at surviving a gunfight and winning in court against commie prosecutors.

  10. This is an informative video but I'm confused, why is training being required for a right protected by the Constitution? We don't need to qualify just to practice free speech so why is there a qualification just to own/carry?

  11. Sure there were tests to vote in the south!
A reading test . Blacks would be shown text in Latin or some foreign language and fail even if they could read.

The purpose ? Same as now in Jersey , prevent you from exercising your rights!

  12. NJ treats bB and pellet guns as Real firearms!
So no kid had them. No gateway drug to 10-22’s….

Love to see That law be struck down.

I lived from 6th to 8th grade in Ohio and we waved at the police carting our BB guns biking to the Woods .
Moved back in 9th grade and My gun was gone.

Michigan ? Had a similar law but today only Jersey but it is living breathing law so they added Airsoft guns !!!

  13. GOOD LORD!!! Those requirements are more strict than MILITARY STANDARDS!!!

I didn't know NJ wanted it's people to be beyond the standards…..
Still INFRINGING the hell outta people but really NJ?

  14. I am a retired law enforcement after 33 years. I want to correct some of your range effectiveness on hand guns. 1 hand guns may be leather up to 100 yards, just not accurate in all cases but there is always a chance of a dangerous hit. 2. Law enforcement in Georgia trains to fire 80% accurate hits up to 25 yards in a 30 round course with 4 rounds at 25 yards, 4 rounds at 15 yards, 6 at 3 yards. All others are at 7 yards. In the days of revolvers(357 mags and .38 spl) 18 were fired at 25 yards and 12 at 145 yrd in a 50 round course. I have seen a snubnose S&W 64 .38 spl. shoot a 97 % in the early 1990's. Also s use of force depends on the threat in Georgia. A knife at 25 yard is a NO. 10 Yards it is a Yes. A rifle or a handgun it is allowable if you feel threatened.
A police shotgun course with a modified chock has 5 rounds fired at 25 yrd.& 5 (00) buckshot with 8 pellets each are fired with 80 % qualifying score required. I have seen an 98 % on this course at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center in Forsyth, Ga.
Your points will be stronger with valid points. While the average person may not be able to hit at 25 yards, training makes it easier as 70% of cops shoot only because it is required, 20 % are wanting to be good at protecting themselves, and 10 % are not only wanting to be safe but are enthusiastic about guns and shooting skills.
I hope this information helps you in you mission.
    Warren

  15. No matter what the SC determines, NJ, NY and CA will continue to throw new requirements to gun up the works. They're trying to find little cracks in the sidewalk to get around the SC. The SC needs to come down hard on the lower courts and let them know how to apply their rulings, period.
