    Honestly, I think they do things like that on purpose sometimes. Like they are revealing the “evidence” it’s fake so that later they can say people should have realized it wasn’t real. Like we’re dumb for missing stuff like that.

    I don’t even own cable anymore, but I think tons of things are “staged” on every type of channel, whether it’s being presented as “real” or not.

    Like Survivor, they tell you how the rules work, but they aren’t promising the audience that’s how it really works. They’ve only promised to “entertain” us with their “programming.”

    Competition shows, game shows, the news, court tv, discovery channel, history channel, professional and amateur sports, they never promised any of these things were real. They only promised to “entertain” us.
