1. You know, hate Fanatics all you want, but if they get rid of that horrendous thick collar design then they're already better than adidas lmao. I've never liked it. Some teams did the quarter stripe collar on the front and that was okay, but a lot of uniforms still have it. They're all bad.

2. Having seen the latest video and pictures on twitter, both jerseys look better with the name / number kit on, especially Vegas – but yeah just cant agree about that Vegas main logo, it is the tops of the V – I can't un-see the middle fingers!! Will still probably buy both though.

3. It makes sense to me why the "leaks" happened this way. It crosses over to people who wouldn't see it and the idea is they want to check it out. The people who wanna search it out will see it anyway, it's about finding new audience. Will a wrestling fan who never watches hockey start watching NHL? probably not. But they advertise stuff all the time on tv that we are going to buy anyway. it's just a reminder of "hey we're here". also some subliminal messaging, Like an easter egg type thing. it can reinforce the idea that hockey is cool. 
   This hopefully rambling makes some sense.

4. I actually really like that vegas jersey, I’m not a Seattle fan at all since they are south of the border from vancover but I’m not a Canucks fan either but still I would rather cheer the Canucks over Seattle, but I do like vegas and would buy that jersey

8. From a marketing perspective, I think Vegas did much better. I think there is a lot of crossover interest already between wrestling, football, and hockey just in terms of the physicality of the sports. The Raiders share the city with the golden knights, and Renee (the AEW woman) is a big Vegas person. I don't quite understand the Krakens plan other than RJ City is Renee's counterpart, and especially not why the Jazz are the NBA team chosen, but whatever.

   but today in terms of this video I could not disagree with you more respectively.

   First in terms of the jersey it dose not look regal in anyway it looks like what American's think looks regal without haveing any understanding of the actual terms or concept of what regal actually means to be honestly it just looks tacky as hell it might aswell have neone lights like the
   Las Vegas strip it looks so tacky.

   The only positive is if it is off white other than that like
   The Kraken Winter Classic jerseys it's extremely forgettable & quickly so.

   I think the response you got
   highlights that it was an accidental leak.

   But I believe the leak was ment to happen closer to the time & not now.

   I think you are vastly underestimateing how much
   hockey jersey are part of fashion now.

   I think fabulous people as in
   Celebrity's just whare any kind of sports jersey because they want to be seen as being ultra cool & hip down with the younger generation.

   The V on the jersey just looks absolutely & utterly terrible it looks like something a 5 year old would drew if you asked them to drew a V put it this way it looks like something my
   nephew how is five would drew it just looks childish.

   Put it this way Neil I would not take these jersey for free.

13. Really am confused by how the NHL goes about some of these jersey releases / leaks. Kraken and Vegas through these odd leaks. NY Rangers 3rd leaked and still no news on when I can buy the damn thing, and then without any leaks or indeed news of any kind other than 'well they play this game once a season' they release a white Whalers jersey on the same day you can buy it!! Weird.

21. for Vegas it would make sence to work with thethe growth of pro sports in Vegas. with all these new sports teams coming to Vegas, it wouldn't be terrible for them to all start working together to promote each other in the different leagues

26. OK Neil I had to dig into this one as of NHLpa it's a concept of a jersey leaks but it's not the final jerseys design. AEW promote these jerseys for tnt because of the new years winter classic in Seattle.

27. I think AEW had the jersey since some of their shows show up on TNT who broadcast the NHL in the states. It was I believe a video before they began the PPV's pre-show. The woman, Rene Paquette wearing it is a huge hockey fan and supports Vegas as one of her fav teams because she lived there for a few years, so she probably fangirled. As for the jersey I think it is bland but there's potential with the logo. I think simple is usually good, but needs that "wow" factor.

29. No. That Vegas logo is garbage. A throwaway that I'll bet is designed to just make the regular jersey more endearing.

30. New crazy theory: the NHL saw a bunch of 'Swifties' get excited about the NFL because Swift is dating a player and are now trying to find a way to get some cross-fan excitement. I don't see it working though (especially because I don't see many Taylor Swift fans converting to long-term NFL fans).

31. It definitely seems intentional. The reason for why, I feel, is that you get move engagement from people creating theories ahead of time than a team going "here's the jersey" on the release date.

32. All I know is we’re 6 weeks away from the winter classic and there hasn’t been any reveal from the teams or nhl. Wouldn’t the nhl want to market these jerseys as much as possible to get people to buy them? These are 100% the jerseys for the winter classic, I’m just confused about the marketing from the nhl teams. Like not even a picture with a date that the teams would announce it

There are a lot of Hockey fans that are wrestling fans and there are wrestling fans that are Hockey fans some thing I know but there are even Pro Wrestlers that are Hockey fans them selfs so I can see it for Wrestling but the otherr two sports I agree with you on that special Basketball not many Hockey fans care about basketball and not many Basketball fans care about Hockey

40. Hockey jerseys are pretty common casual wear in the hip-hop scene. This looks like an effort to market the jerseys, not the sport or teams, to that crowd.
