Now 70 as an ex butcher,it’s still nice to watch, and see the variety of new meats with the marblings in , 👍
Sir please guide me to get a Job in New Zealand on Dairy Farm
How long were the heifers hanging in the fridge before been cut up? I think they shouldn't mince the meat so much, like to feel a bit more bite in sausages and burgers
Oh boy, that makes me miss my Jersey x beef! Best beef ever😋 Kudos to the butchers! A townie now, I currently have a ribeye ageing in my fridge but it ain't got that beautiful marbling.
Awesome video! Thank you
Fascinating great video Andrew x❤
I am envious, I don't have access to such high quality unprocessed very healthy, great tasting meat. You are providing your family a very stable metabolic diet
Thanks Andy, Great video. The guys were great. Great looking meat. Keep up with the videos, enjoy all your video very interesting cheers
I wish butchers would leave more fat on the meat. Someone once told me that fat adds flavour and I find that true. Alot of meat I get today that has been trimmed way to far is often tough, tasteless and hard to chew once cooked.
Was that a straight jersey or crossed with a beef breed?
How did ya get on about the roasts
Terrible video!!! I'm sooo hungry now…
Do they still do the flavoured sausages. They make good salami too
They are such professionals at their work. Great video
Enjoyed the video ✔️
Great to see the butchers at work and great to see the countryside as you were driving. Don’t be fooled that the plastic bags can be compostable….they don’t break down into nutritious compost, they break down into microplastic and are just as polluting. Great vid.
If you're ever interested in how the US butchers goes, you should look up bearded butchers. SUPER informative and do amazing butchery videos for our style of cuts like the thors hammer and the tri-tip. love watching butchery videos it really is an art!
good beef meat cutting & ground beef ❤️ 🇵🇰
Awesome video, so good seeing butchers in action.
Watching that brought back some good memories from when I worked in an abattoir, I don't think I have eaten Jersey cow meat before but it sure looks nice.
How old would that have been? Looks great
Picanha is the cut with the P he was talking about it’s Brazilian bbq cut it’s delicious lol
Tasty yum yum yum
When you see skilled people working with their hands, it is truly fascinating and mesmerising cheers to the guys for letting you film them and recording brilliant video.
Never realised jersey beef looked so good. That used to highlander beef will have to give it a try
Use to do that up the Mokau butchery my dad still owns it
What's the routine Andy – do you pay for the kill and butchering, or 1 for you 1 for me in this case?
Lovely meat great skill
My mouth is drooling right now!
How I wish I had access to such gorgeous beef! 🤤😍
