I thought the Jersey Boys was about the Jersey Reality Show. Now it’s about the voices from Jersey that made up the Four Seasons, and I didn’t know they have a musical play, too.
Underrated movie
Tbh I think the movie sucked

Struggling through this movie again this afternoon on a rainy cloudy day, but again it's a struggle. Back in 2014 when it was released I would be posting my critique on IMDb message boards, but since then Amazon bought it and shut it down (BOOOOO!!!!!) So came here with the main criticism that the singing is not so good, to the point of painful to the point of wanting to shut off the movie. The guy who plays Frankie Valli has such an annoyingly nasal shrill voice, not very convincing as the Frankie Valli sound. Also the broken 3rd wall narration is disruptive and inappropriate. Big fan of many Clint Eastwood movies, as both actor and director, but this one was rather disappointing.

I remember seeing this in the theaters back in 2014 with my parents never having heard of the four seasons and loving it so much.There was so much emotion in this movie Frankie Valli went through some emotional roller coasters in his life and hardships.
